Reading or watching

It is common for people to be inclined for different polarities. Though, as talking about education it is wrong to make such extreme choices. There are people who state that television has to be forbidden as it ruins teenagers' vision of the world, and there are people who state that television is able to provide people with a number of things the books can't and that there is no need in books. But, just imagine the world without books. It is impossible to do that. It is impossible to imagine a world without any single books. There at least should be the exercise books for pupils. Now, can you imagine the world without television? I bet you can't. To imagine a world without television just as impossible as imagine it without books.
So, it is impossible and wrong to make choice in a favor of one or another art. There are a lot of advantages of television and there are also a lot of advantages of books. Teenagers have to read books to find out more about moral foundation they have to be provided with. It is not a secret that most of TV-shoes produced for teenagers have no morality and aimed only on entertainment. Though. It is impossible to bring up children with single entertainment. People who know about nothing except having fun are people who care about nothing but having a good time. Not hard to be that they are people who will never manage to make some invent or discovery. And, if they won't there will be no progress of humanity.
On the other hand, people who read books only are armed only with their imagination. Say, one is reading about some animal he or she has never seen before. Sure, his or her imagination will create a perfect image of the animal, though that image may be far away of the real image of the animal. So, it is better to see once that animal than to imagine it for thousand times. But, there are a number of ideas in books the television is deprived of. Those ideas concern the sense of this live and morality of this life. The impression people have while reading a book is twice stronger than the impression they have while watching TV. The stronger impression is the longer it will be stored in the memory of a person.
As you can see, it is important for people to read more books in order to develop their imagination that is of great use for creative people. And it is also important not to deprive them of television, as television can provide people with necessary and true information about some events or phenomena. Say, you have never seen the lunar arch, which one will you prefer: to see it with your own eyes (at least on the screen of your TV-set) or to read about it? Sure, you will prefer seeing. But, if you would like to find out about Nietzsche's ideas about this life, you will hardly manage to find a movie about it and it is better to read a book.
